•BOOKING POLICY
We accept that occasionally it is necessary to cancel your appointment.
However, we do request that if at all possible, you give 24 hours notice otherwise a fee or loss of a treatment within a course may be incurred.
•LATE ARRIVALS
If you arrive late for your treatment it will still end as scheduled in order that our next client is not delayed. So please arrive in good time for your appointment.
•MOBILE PHONES
Mobile phones can interfere with some of the equipment used within the salon, and also disturb the quiet ambiance in our treatment rooms, so may we respectfully request that you switch off your mobile phone whilst in the salon.
•CHILDREN
We would like your time with us to be relaxing and so we suggest that children are not brought along to treatments. this also avoids any disruption for other customers.
