Cloud Nine is Jacqui’s first business venture.

She opened the salon in March 08 and its proving to be a great success.

Jacqui qualified at Bournemouth & Poole College, going on to work at a very reputable spa where she gained valuable experience in both customer service and treatments.

Jacqui has taken these qualities and opened a luxurious salon with a team of highly qualified therapists who offer a comprehensive range of facial and body treatments.

Sarah Marsh

SALON MANAGERESS

Sarah thrives on good customer service and at Cloud Nine Sarah runs the front of house aspect of the business.

Having trained with British Airways and run numerous customer service courses Sarah’s aim is to provide outstanding customer care.

Sarah has worked full time at Cloud Nine since it opened and has been the key to making it a warm, welcoming and professional environment.

Samantha Whild

THERAPIST

Sam trained at Bournemouth & Poole College where she went on to qualifing in both NVQ2&3 in Beauty Therapy.

Being qualified for over 12 years Sam has found a passion for holistic therapies including reiki and reflexology.

Sam has worked part time at Cloud Nine since it opened.

Lauren Pickin

THERAPIST

Lauren enjoys all aspects of the beauty industry and has worked at Cloud Nine since it opened as a full time therapist.

Lauren qaulified in both NVQ2&3 in Beauty therapy at Bournemouth & Poole College.

Lauren is the only therapist at cloud Nine who is qualified in threading.

Claire Rawlinson

THERAPIST

Claire is a full time therapist at Cloud Nine and has been with Jacqui and her team since it opened.

Claire has a BTEC qualification in beauty from Bournemouth & Poole College.

Claire specialises in Aromatherapy Massage and blending her own oils to suit the individual needs of her clients.

Charlie Hunt

THERAPIST

Charlie trained and qualified in NVQ2 & 3 at bournemouth & Poole college.

Now at Cloud Nine she is a full time therapist where she enjoys performing all aspects of beauty treatments.

Charlie is qualified in both natural and acrylic nails. With over 10 years in the industry she has a passion for beauty.

Shelley Rogers

Nail Technician

Shelley qualified at Bournemouth & Poole College as a Beauty Therapist as well as a Nail Technician.

Outstanding nails has led Shelley to continue working within her chosen career.

Shelley has successfully trained in Creative & Entity Nail products which has equipped her with outstanding knowledge within the nail industry.
